I'm curious to see how stout that run defense is.

You are pointing out how rankings can be unreliable. Your run defense can be ranked high if your opponents throw the ball a lot (Big Sky).

    Coaches look at video.

I really don’t know how the Bobcats defend the run. (Physical MVFC style or with speedy LB and safety play?). Should be a fun game to watch.

He is out with an injury, but nice try!!!

Have to be balanced to win this one. Try to run on them and put the ball in Lances hands. Could see lots of designed runs.

MSU looks good all around with very few weak points, but I still like our odds. NDSU's bigest weak spot seems to be the short pass game. Recievers just dont seem to be able to get separation inside of 10 yards. Misdirection to create improvements in that area will be important to winning the next two games. Running is great but you're not going to win by running alone. Its too easy to stuff a run only team.

Well I’m gonna just cut the shit right now. I’m not sure what we have seen these last two weeks but I don’t think we see that this coming weekend. Maybe Nicholls was alright (still should have beet them by 39 if not for a few penalties and uncharacteristic mishaps) and I’m not sure what to think about the ISU game as far as our offense was concerned be we still left at least 11 points on the field early in the first half. To be honest I am a little bothered by the last two weeks just because it’s not the norm for Bison Playoff football but for some reason I feel as if a big weight has been lifted off of the team’s shoulders and maybe a wake up call.

I hear you but most of us thought the wake up call came two Saturdays ago.

I feel like we are going to win ugly again and keep the doubt going all the way to Frisco. Just my gut.

I can see why you would say that and I had the same feeling but we still won by 24 and could/should have had more if not for penalties and missed kicks and a bad/uncharacteristic throw or two by Trey. This Saturday everyone will be extremely happy.
