We only beat a playoff team by 24, we’re obviously beatable!

The whole "they're beatable" thing is the weakest of sauces. It's a nonsense phrase. Like coach speak. Fanspeak? It's true but meaningless.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

I’m predicting a very tough/tight game. Very difficult to beat a team twice, especially one did not play to their potential the first time around. Many here and in media were licking a loss for the first matchup. Game just got away from the Birds because of some turnovers and quick scoring by NDSU<—that will change a game in a hurry.

We’ll see, but won’t even be surprised with a loss here at this point.

Not sure if you are being pessimistic here, but usually a pessimistic Charlie means a guaranteed Bison victory on Saturday.

Well, I hope that works then. Just don’t see this game being easy/blowout. Teams like ISUr with ten wins are here for a legit reason. Bison will have to play well, especially early. Just my opinion/thoughts.

    Like I said—>we’ll see.

4th road game in a row for ISUr, one dimensional offense, pretty sure their FB McCloyn is out... add to that the Bison seemed to find their groove on both sides of the ball in the last quarter plus of the Nicholls game and they could/should get Karcz back at DT. Normally I'm with you CAS on being cautious but I've got a good feeling about this one. Like you said we'll see.

If they do win I anticipate being a lot more nervous next week.

Bison are going to roll them again.

The Bison had them shut down except for Robinson in the first game. Their passing game is worse since then.
