I've very confused about the penalty yardage markoff after that targeting no-call. I can't figure out why it was 1&10 instead of 1&25. Kett's unsportsmanlike came after the play which resulted in a 1st down. So shouldn't the penalty yardage have been assessed from the new line of scrimmage?

UND is just a terrible football program. Nicholls State is just slightly less terrible. Hard to watch such this underwhelming football.
