    Default Going FBS and Recruiting

Lots of talk and opinions on here regarding moving up. Haven’t seen much discussion on this but I have a question on recruiting if we ever moved up. How would recruiting change? We are obviously doing well with our current strategy which is mainly going after upper Midwest and local kids. There would be pressure to go after at least some recruits that are higher rated. How do you think we’d do competing against other FBS schools day in and out?

    What a new, novel topic.

This has never been discussed before.

    He forgot the purple.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

We can merge with Bigger & Better FBS thread before "the squad" spills thier ensure.

to answer the question NDSU would have 22 more FBS full rides.

Could easily pluck the top 2-3 recruits from UNI, SDSU USD...and pretty much clean up in Wisconsin with the kids that goto MAC schools

Considering we already beat most G5 teams for recruits I'm guessing we would do quite well.

But why are those recruits coming to NDSU instead of G5 schools? Hint, NDSU becoming a G5 school would eliminate this reason.
