Like Coach Entz said, it was nice to play a team that was on a roll like SIU and have them "check our oil" and get us ready for the playoffs. Fun game to watch. Thanks to KVLY for airing a road game it once again.

Their #15 was impressive yes but they will need to train him on how to pass a ball as the D keys on it always being a run. Kupouris had a huge day and was able to make big plays on long 3rd downs to keep drives alive. Rest up players and coaches, enjoy your turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day and reflect on what you have and have done and be thankful.

Hunter Luepke and Lane Tucker are future All-Americans.

    Now; where are the cornerbacks?

I was too busy watching Johnson run.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Javon Williams can throw. The Bison secondary shut down that option today. He was looking for it when he would take a few steps towards the line of scrimmage. If nobody was open, he went for the run.

Hope to see the run defense cleaned up during the bye week. They have given up 188 rush yards per game at 4.5 yards per carry over the last 5 games. That's just not characteristic of Bison defenses during this championship run.

Cox isn’t right, that’s obvious. Thought Merc played well today tho. Need interior Dline to maintain line of scrimmage a bit better AND, at least occasionally, penetrate and make negative stops.

He pulled up gimpy once after chasing someone out of bounds. Didn't look 100%

PH said on the postgame report that he thought the D line did well to adjust and wear out the SUI O line and they were winning the battle convincingly by the 3rd quarter. Credit to Kramer here I think...
