Absolutely, NDSU should be an attractive landing spot for plenty of elite FCS and D2 players in the portal. I've said before I don't understand the negative stigma that some attach to transfers. I agree it's not a good thing to hand playing time to a transfer because he came from a bigger school and stick the guys who started at NDSU behind him on the depth chart but I don't see that happening here ever. Everyone who signs with this program knows they have to earn their playing time and nothing is handed to them just because they're "in line". Transfers should be able to pick that up pretty quick and if they don't they won't be playing.

I'd expect this guy to come in and compete for playing time at LG and RG with Jensen and Zabel. It'll be a great insurance policy if Zabel isn't ready in the fall at RG. The O-line will be deep. Volson, Mauch, Rock, and Miller at tackle. Jensen, Zabel, LaCilento, Willis, and the Kubas bros at guard. Sundell and Westburg at center. Should be lots of rotating. I'd also think a young guy like Seth Anderson among others should be pushing for PT.

Interested to see if seth Anderson is putting on the appropriate weight. He was light

Yep and that is some people's argument as to why FBS won't go to FCS as often because they can now go BS to FBS and play right away.
