The Salukis are winners of 5-straight MVFC games with an average score of 38-17.

They have the second-best rushing defense in the MVFC, while NDSU dropped to 3rd in conference rushing defense.

On the plus side, their QB (Lyles) doesn't appear to be a rushing threat. On the minus side, they are very effective when they put Javon Williams in the wildcat - and that seems to be something that NDSU's defense would be pretty vulnerable to.

The weather report is not promising so hopefully it gets better before game day... rainy and cold is hard on the body.
