Let's keep in mind that Lance is already doing things that neither of them did. That's not a stretch, that's a fact. He's got a good chance to be Top 5 in multiple single season passing categories as a redshirt freshman.....not to mention his rushing ability. If we were to get all the way to Frisco again, he might actually be in contention for 1,000 rushing yards this year. Again, I'm not projecting what he could be in four years, these are things I'm saying about this season.....as a redshirt freshman.
Obviously he still needs to prove himself over the course of the season and over the course of his career. But that doesn't mean that we should just ignore the historic context of what he's doing.
I really like what I see in Trey this far. Seems pretty calm, cool and collected. Yeah he had a few errant passes against Davis but its gonna happen. I just wish they would keep his qb runs in the hip pocket. More bootleg stuff imho.
