I also might add that Fanette is a lifetime, paid-in-full member and proud no-questions-asked supporter of Thunderstruck Makers^TM since the very beginning of that dubious venture, so ……………… not only is she caring, smart and, interestingly enough, a little-known former AC/DC music video babe …………………. but she knows a real winner when she see's one!

And these Veterans are "winners" in every sense of the word!


Oh sure ………….. the damn woman has unnecessarily and unfairly bitched at me a few times when I somehow was not able to get AC/DC in here (yet, that is!), AND is not above cussing like a drunken sailor when her liquor glass is not re-filled (for the umpteenth time) in a timely fashion at the ThM Hospitality Tent …………….. but all in all, I have no major complaints.

She's a winner in my book too!

I know she doesn't do this for the recognition but I hope with the publicity her efforts have received this week that she is acknowledged during the game Saturday. I can't imagine the time and effort she has put in to collect, organize and distribute all of the tickets for the Veterans.

Hi everyone, after the game on Saturday I will sit down and read your nice comments thank you very much! As of 3 o’clock Friday morning for 430 tickets have been donated. We did purchase some tickets with the donated funds and of course the ticket donations continue to roll in. I do think we will be around that 450 mark. I woke up again this morning to voice messages from older veterans... let’s just say they really know how to touch your heart. Let’s just say they can’t wait to come to see the BISON play football!
