We know the gophers or Iowa cant beat us individually but do you think if they made a all star team and we played them on the road spotted them a field goal each half and just to make interesting put Tuczka at QB could they beat us?

No, I thought the same thing at first, but was corrected. I assume you're talking about the PF on him. Both were deadball fouls that happened after a 4th down. So the change of possession happened first, then the fouls were assessed.
