Remember at the beginning of the year when they said that if they can get through this stretch of ranked opponents with one loss they would be lucky?

    This is a freeroll.

Anyone coming to Youngstown can stay at the new (well it is a year old now) DoubleTree by Hilton in Downtown Youngstown right next to the YSU Campus. I'm guessing NDSU will still stay in the suburb of Boardman at the Holiday Inn, but if you want to be minutes from campus and around all of the Downtown establishments, would definitely recommend the new hotel downtown...

Can Pelini have the boys ready like the last 2 meetings which have each been tight as can be entering the 4th quarter? We shall see? Guessing NDSU will be favored by 15-17pts?

YSU typically has a stout defense but they've been susceptible to the pass this year so far. They're only allowing 185 passing yards per game but they're allowing 8.1 yards per pass attempt which is 96th out of 124 FCS teams and their defensive pass efficiency is 85th nationally at 140.7. Hopefully Trey Lance can get back on track this game since his passing numbers have been trending down over the last 3.

Needs to go back to taking what the defense gives him.

Noticed it watching the coach's show today that not only is NDSU in sole possession of first place in the conference at 4-0 they're also the only conference team to beat all three teams that are tied for 2nd at 3-1 (SDSU, UNI, ISUr). So they've basically got a 1.5 game lead over anyone else in the conference since they'll win all tie breakers over those next 3.
