We were hoping for the Friday night semifinal only to make it easier to see the Canadian Pacific holiday train on the 14th. If we have the late game on Saturday it looks like another trek to Thief River Falls to catch it on Friday night.

Looks like that quarterfinal game on 12/14 will still be on ESPN according to the NCAA's Selections 101 website: https://www.ncaa.com/news/football/a...time-how-watch

So I'd guess that any hope of NDSU getting the Friday night quarterfinal is probably dashed since they've been in that 11AM quarterfinal time slot on ESPN every year since 2012.

We've traditionally gotten the "highlight" Saturday game for quarters though if I remember right usually is the ESPN/ESPN2. Friday night one was the U if I'm remembering correctly.

Friday night quarterfinal has always been on the deuce. Saturday morning (11AM) quarterfinal has always been on ESPN every year except 2017 when it moved to the deuce for some reason (back on ESPN last year).
