Broke my Brookings Cherry today about three. Toured the campus superficially and scoped out tailgate thing for the morning.

Went out for dinner and while I was giving a bunch of jacks fans grief I met a girl who knew a LOT about Valley football. Her name was Patty (and most likely still is.) Lovely person. She knows a lot about the business of college sports.

Does make me laugh that SDSUFans is partially freaking out because they heard a rumor today that NDSU is bringing 25 buses full of people down tomorrow morning to take over GameDay.

I don't know what would be better... us actually bringing that many buses to take over Gameday, or their fans freaking out over nothing. Either way... looks like we're already in their heads.
