This will take time. That's just reality.
North Dakota is conservative but Fargo isn't. Actually over 50% of Cass County voted to legalize weed and Trump won with a 49% majority. Heitkamp got 60% of the votes and Libertarians got roughly 10%. Now small town North Dakota... different story

Yep. Although beer out of straw isn't very tasty

Selling cocktails and stuff at NDSU concert halls and stuff: No problem.
Selling beer at the FargoDome for non-NDSU stuff: No problem.
Selling alcohol at UND sports arenas? No problem.
Selling beer at Dickinson State sporting events? No problem.
Selling beer at the SHAC? I'm guessing at least 20 commentaries, editorials and letters to the editor decrying "booze" at NDSU and generally slamming NDSU.

    Maybe I'm wrong this time.

Who cares? My family of 4 go out to a restaurant at once a week and almost all the places we go to serve alcohol. I don't drink anymore, but I have no problem with those around me that do. I can't wait to hear the portly one's spin on this.

Port is a pro freedom Libertarian guy so I doubt he would have any issues with it

It is a good first step I guess, once they realize the SHAC won't burn down maybe they'll expand it but then again looking at how tailgating is handled maybe I shouldn't be so optimistic.
NDSU to the FBS always. In all ways.
