Throw in that growling panther from uni and you have a zoo

We had a delightful time commenting on how these city slicker probably don't even know the difference of a rooster and a hen.....

Defensive line was dominant. Really impressed with 95. Looks like the next Tuszka. What a debut.

What Trey is doing as a freshman is amazing. He is making it look easy.

Man do we have young talent. Only positions we are a little short in is LBs. hopefully Weerts turns into a player.

Also really like Tyler Roehl’s play calling and really line Coach Entz attitude.

Last thought. The conference is way down this year. Illinois State has a nice defense but no offense. Youngstown is ok and SDSU QB isn’t much. UNI looks to be our biggest challenge. Other than that the other teams are horrible. Can’t wait for Davis to come to town. We can see where we stand.

The conference could be down significantly from recent history and still be the best competition around.

I haven’t watched any of their subsequent games, but the SDSU QB was fairly impressive against Minny.

I could be wrong but I disagree. Did not look like a good long term prospect at QB to me.

Guys, the Jackrabbit QB, J'Bore Gibbs, that played against Minnesota, has been injured since that game. The past two games were used with a back-up QB(s).

That’s right. I assumed EC8CH was referring to Gibbs.

I thought the confusion started with steelbison’s post.

I don’t know how good Gibbs is going to be, but I feel he’s a lot better than the back-up(s).
