Trey is making throws in his freshman year that Carson did as a Junior. Trey could stand in the Sudro Hall parking lot and throw for a TD in Fargodome endzone, he has that potential. Carson is a legend period. Carson also had two prolific record breaking receivers like RJ and Shepard. Shep is now playing for the Packers. Right now I am hoping to see the receivers step up on the other side to catch passes from Trey.

Well, we never got to see what Carson could do as a freshman.

I'd beg to differ. Carson was some of the reason that defense was so good. He'd light them up in practice. Im pretty sure klieman even mentioned the scout team qb helping the defense when he was DC. You didn't get to actually see Carson play but you got to see the results of him being on the team.
