Unless the word “kicker” is somewhere in the description of the “best” list, it seems hard to justify including kickers.

Chris Gocong playing for Cal Poly against us in the early FCS era. He was one of the better opposing LBs I've seen in the Dome. Drafted 3rd round, played a few NFL season.
Raised hell with our offense to some degree.
