I just think that '13 team was really good. I remember watching that Eastern Illinois/Towson game in the snow and that was supposed to be the Jimmy Garoppolo show and Terrance West made everyone look like they were on ice skates.

I was a touch nervous going into that game.

Yep, I recall that there was a lot of chatter about a potential showdown in Frisco with that Jimmy Garoppolo led Eastern Illinois team that I believe went 11-1 with only an FBS loss (hmmm.... sounds familiar). They had a super high octane offense that some thought would test the Bison defense.

Terrance West and #7 Towson went through them like a hot knife through butter on that snowy Friday night in front of about 2,000 fans in the quarterfinals.

Final top 25 after the regular season is complete. Some thought after doing this:

1. Brian McLaughlin is smoking crack when he says the CAA is the best league in FCS. Top 25 teams by power conference: MVFC 6, Big Sky 6, CAA 5 and note MVFC and Big Sky Much more top heavy than the colonial.
2. We could save a lot of time if we just skip to Frisco for NDSU/JMU. I just don't see any other team making it, even in JMU's bracket of death. SDSU is too banged up, and have lost faith in Montana.
3. SIU not getting in is one of the single, dumbest things I've seen. They deserve better.
4. What a finish for USD. Can't figure that team out; boat raced one week, play the game of their lives the next. I think if they don't lose those DB's early in the season, they are a playoff team.
5. Nicolls St vs UND is going to be a blast of a game to watch.
6. Central Arkansas has no business as a seeded team.
