Why is that shocking? Has had before and we were told he would continue on occasion. Stop being so dramatic.
Run the damn ball!! PRO FBS
Try to get all of the publicity that we can.
Run the damn ball!! PRO FBS
I basically thought the same thing, "he's still pretending he cares or does anything for NDSU? Hmm". Now, to be fair, Its entirely possible I dont see his contributions, but I see his gopher stuff on my timeline hourly. Cant honestly recall a single memory of seeing him do any Bison content. Like ever. I was told he did it so I followed him and was starting to think it was a prank, I guess not!
1. The FCS was the Best option for NDSU for a very long time.
2. As a general rule- the FCS sucks at football and has proven that is not committed to football at all.
3. It's time to go FBS
RaJa Nelson playing QB for Lakeville North
(instead of WR/RB on offense)

......Nelson played quarterback as a seventh- and eighth-grader. Back then the role was more of a Wildcat, with the ball snapped to another position player at the quarterback spot.
Through four games this season, Nelson leads the Class 6A, top-ranked Panthers (4-0) with 347 rushing yards.
Coach Brian Vossen called Nelson “an extreme weapon running the football. But if he couldn’t throw the ball, we wouldn’t play him there.”
The 5-11, 185-pound Nelson, who has verbally committed to North Dakota State as a receiver, has thrown for 271 yards and said he’s “getting there” in terms of reading defenses.
“But I’m still like a Kyler Murray,” Nelson said of the Arizona Cardinals quarterback. “I still like using my feet when I need to.”

Defending 6A champ Lakeville North staves off Shakopee upset bid
The Panthers' RaJa Nelson scored a rushing touchdown on fourth down in the fourth quarter and later iced a 9-7 victory with an interception.Fun to read on the WR/CB/ATH commit!Reflecting on his team’s narrow 9-7 victory, Lakeville North football coach Brian Vossen praised the efforts of senior RaJa Nelson.
With Shakopee needing a first down to prolong its drive and season, Nelson intercepted a late fourth-quarter pass attempt and iced the Panthers’ triumph in a Class 6A quarterfinal Thursday at Stillwater High School.
“He’s the best cornerback – corner, back -- I’ve ever coached,” said Vossen, pausing to emphasize the position name.
Clarity was needed because Nelson also began playing quarterback this season. And his efforts behind center meant as much as the late-game interception.
