I always love Frisco presale. Its that time of the year where all other FCS fan bases ignore ticket sale; then fast forward to December to hear the non-stop bitching about how its not fair tickets are all sold out.

Always have trouble with completing the sale... timed out. NCAA did a survey today and I made that point.

I think last year I was selecting seats and other users were completing their sale of the same seats before I could. Once I selected seats further back I could finally get a transaction to go through.

It seemed to me like the problem was their seat map wasn't updating. I kept switching between different sections and seeing seats all the way down to row 1 open but when I tried to select them it would give the "Oops, looks like another fan has beat you to these seats". Then if I did a hard browser refresh with the seat map open (which took a long damn time - 30-60 seconds IIRC) the seat map would update and I could see the first 5 to 6 rows all unavailable. They could improve it a lot by using better ticketing software IMO. Something that would update the seat map in real time.
