Default BRTV Season Preview Video Series

I had a chance to sit down with five NDSU coaches and preview the upcoming season. This little bit is exclusive to Bisonville as I won't be sharing the schedule anywhere else.

    Today - Noah Pauley

    Wednesday 7/31 - AJ Blazek

    Friday 8/2 - David Braun

    Monday 8/5 - Tyler Roehl

Wednesday 8/7 - Matt Entz (VIP)

I'll attach the actual videos below in the thread.

Man, I really like Coach Blazek. He really seems to have a genuine passion for coaching and a genuine passion for the game. Hoping for big things from the Rams going forward under his leadership.

More great work here guys. Thanks.

    T. Roehl : “... my goal is for this to be the most physical offense in the nation”

Uffda - I’m sure glad I’m not a Butler defensive anything. Could be a loooooong day at the ballpark.

That's good to hear but I hope he's more like Messingham than Polasek when it comes to adapting his play calling to what the defense's weakness is. I felt like Polasek had a tendency to get into a dick swinging contest with the inside power runs instead of making the defense pay for loading up against it while Messingham was able to exploit the defense when they overloaded to stop those power runs.

This X 1000. Power after power after power works great against the Sam Houston's of the world but physical defensive fronts (lots of the MVFC, JMU) that commit to stop the run need to be kept honest with play action and multiple options (wheel routes).

100% spot on. I would rather have an intelligent OC than a tough guy that can’t/won’t make adjustments.
