    https://www.inforum.com/sports/track...es-him-to-NDSU

Huber enters the state track meet with the best 800, 1,600 and 3,200 seed time in the state, regardless of class. His 800 seed time is 1 minute, 55.76 seconds, his 1,600 is 4:17.72 and his 3,200 is 9:13.71. He's almost five seconds faster than anyone in Class B in the 800, almost six seconds faster than anyone in Class B in the 1,600 and just about 23 seconds faster than anyone in Class B in the 3,200.

Edgeley-Kulm’s Isaac Huber sets 1600 meter record:

Huber was oblivious to the cold, wind and rain that lashed the MDU Resources Community Bowl Friday and did indeed get the Class B 1,600-meter record he was chasing. Huber’s time of 4 minutes, 17.58 seconds eclipsed the old mark of 4:18.05 set in 2015 by Elliott Stone of Shiloh Christian.

Wahpeton’s Josh Darwin aiming for state high jump record

    https://www.inforum.com/sports/track...gh-jump-record

Darwin's career won't conclude with the state meet in Bismarck, he will be competing in the New Balance Nationals this June and will start his collegiate career with NDSU in the fall.

Josh Darwin wins state high jump at 6’ 6”

    https://www.inforum.com/sports/13512...ate-track-meet

A four-time Eastern Dakota Conference champion, Darwin captured an elusive state title in the high jump with a winning height of 6 feet, 6 inches. His winning jump was one inch higher than Williams Durocher of Century.

Darwin had been on the brink of the state's top prize every year of his high school career, but couldn't quite get over the hump. He tied for second in 2017 and 2018 and placed third as a freshman in 2016.

“It’s a big relief," he said. "It was a big load off my back.”

After securing the state title, Darwin had another goal in mind, as he lined up to attempt a state record jump of 6-11. While he wasn't able to do so Friday, the North Dakota State commit anticipates reaching that height and beyond in the future.
Don’t know if he is being recruited, but there is also this performance by Nsengiyumva Corode mentioned in the article:

Nsengiyumva Corode had another goal in mind when he stepped up for his final leap in the triple jump at Friday's North Dakota Class A state track and field meet.

The West Fargo senior shattered both the school and state meet record in the triple jump, lunging a distance of 48 feet, 5 inches at the MDU Resources Community Bowl.

Corode actually broke the record twice. In prelims he went 47'1.5" which was enough. Then in his last jump in finals he uncorked his 48'5" leap. Pretty impressive.

2 more state titles for Isaac Huber:

    https://www.inforum.com/sports/track...k-championship

While Kindred’s team dominated, Edgeley-Kulm’s Isaac Huber was the standout individual.

The senior picked up where he left off Friday by adding the 3,200 and the 800 to his title in the 1,600. Huber said he thought for a time about chasing a state record in the 3,200, but with the 800 still looming he backed off some and finished in 9:27.89.

“I was going to go for a record today but we went off pace and I have the 800 left, so I decided to go for the win and I don’t feel bad about my decision,” Huber said. “It’s all good.”

After winning the 800 in 1:56.13, Huber took some time to look at the crowd.

“I choked up a little bit. My high school career is over. It’s all good now. I’m happy,” he said.

Doesn't get much more exciting than this!

"Little" brother, Max Otterdahl (6' 8") is going to be huge for the Bison in the next few years.

Haven't seen anything about Dawson Schroeder. Won class B shot put. Would have won class A by 3 feet too.

How much shot could a Woodchuck chuck if a Woodchuck could chuck shot?

Looks like he had a huge throw at the regional meet a couple of weeks ago. (59' 11")
Do you know if he has been to a Bison T & F camp?

There are 2 Shot Put-Discus day camps coming up in June.

I gotta believe that Coach St. Clair would be more than a little interested in this feller.
