You can say whatever you want about Richman, but that was absolutely a coaches win. After NDSU started on fire from 3, he coached the last 7 minutes of the first half for the second half. Running offensive switches to get individual match up favors inside was really a great move and trusting that ORUS shooting would fall closed to average. That would have been a great time to panic and keep letting the kids shoot 3s which wasn't going to fall all game. By the time ORU went cold in the 2nd NDSU ran a slow tempo offense to and got any match up they wanted.
Yotes getting slaughtered.
NDSU got jumped on (coaches didnt have the intensity dialed up from the start)
2nd half, and late in 1st. Tyson Ward just said, screw this, Im ballin' out. and guess who else. CAM HUNTER the best player on the team that doesn't get to play, Vinnie was nonexistant.
this game was 99% Ward & Cam.. Coach can win 2 games vs Sub .500 teams in the summit, but that won't mean he's a better coach or this program is on the up and up.
Still ZERO quality wins in 5 years and I don't care if they drink wine with bresciani, we need a coach and a fast paced offense & excitement that will put more than 1750 people in the stands every home game.
There was maybe 43 ndsu fans at the game today , i counted. (not counting the band)

NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?
Konchar is an assassin.
Ward dominated inside because Richman ran sets to isolate him, he wasnt ball dominating at all. Hunter hit some shots in the first to keep them close but that wasnt going to be sustainable.
The notion that the lack of intensity is because of the cosching staff is a complete joke. Intensity is the one thing the kids need to bring. If you have to coach players to be intense then you have the wrong players.
