    Well they were all freshman, winning in a big 10 gym with the help of one junior.

    Meanwhile youth gets excused for losing against a bad USD team in front of 1,000 apathetic fans. Losing at home to Summit teams like Omaha and Fort Wanye that are barely above average college basketball teams. It just gets old, it seems like to some people a team that is young should have minimal expectations which is just wrong unless you are ok with winning at a high level every 3 or 4 years when a team can accumulate enough seniors to be great.

    Mid-Major teams do not need to be experienced to be successful. You can build a team that wins consistenly but it seems to a few fans that has gone completely out the window because admitting that would force them to address Richman's flaws instead of just saying over and over and over that the team is young.
