Used a quick escape, great attack, and then the fall.

Big match here at 174. Should be a high scoring affair

Mantanona goes double overs and gets a quick 4-0 lead. Mantanona has gassed several times this year. Have to stay in on his legs and push the pace

De La Riva got an escape and TD but gave up a reversal.

Mantanona already looks tired after one period.

Mantanona leads 6-3 but has been hit for stalling. Avoid the upper body stuff and push the pace.

DEFENSIVE FALL FOR DE LA RIVA!

That was generous and quick, but a huge win for NDSU

Actually, after the replay...wasn't all that quick of a call. Mantanona had a cradle locked up, but was legitimately flat for 1-2 seconds

Otomo down 2-0 after one. Lots of riding time and Otomo not looking good

I'll take it. I thought Lorenzo was close to giving up a couple defensive falls of his own.

Yeah, especially after the JVM-Pohlmeyer defensive fall. I think this was more legit

    Otomo loses 7-0.

    12-3 NDSU.

Big match here for Cordell Eaton. Woodley is a biiiiig time talent and has been wrestling really well lately

Eaton loses 5-2. He had his chances and if he finishes his shots better, he can win. Plus, he's seen Woodley's primary attack now.
