2/16 vs SDSU

Can't blame this one on Richman, there are some things I didn't like but they are things that aren't going to change and didn't really lose us the game. Need to make free throws and they hit a crazy shot.

Still tired of losing to SDSU again, it is the only rivarly game I give a damn about it.

Great game, sucks to lose. They made one more play than the Bison, an unlikely half court shot off the glass to win. The Bison did everything right except to shoot 1-3 in free throws during the final 58 seconds.

Telling stat. Jacks go 20-21 at the FT line. Bison go 8 of 11 but a couple big misses at crunch time. Thought we played well but we quit attacking and settled for too many perimeter shots when we had our double digit lead while the Jacks got back in it at the FT line. Jenkins and Daum were a combined 17-17!
Tough loss but I'm cautiously encouraged. Let's see how we respond.

Up 9 with 2 minutes to go.... Critical turnover on baseline out of bounds play. Ward missing a front end of a 1-1 and of course Rocky's final miss. Credit Daum and Jenkins, they both made some huge plays.

Going to be hard to do any better then the 4 seed now.

Hope this crappy loss helps bring the team together. They all played their hearts out. Was fun to watch. Sucks to lose.
