    Default 2/9 vs Denver Pioneers

Player - Minutes (last game against FHers)
    Vinnie Shahid 32
    Tyson Ward 30
    Sam Griesel 30
    Rocky Kreuser 23
    Jared Samuelson 28
    Deng Geu 19
    Cameron Hunter 18
    Chris Quayle 13
    Tyree Eady 7

Will be interesting to see if Coach Richman continues with this shorter bench.
He is actually getting closer to what I would enjoy seeing:
(of course I am no coach, just a longtime casual basketball fan)

    - more minutes for Vinnie, Sam, Tyson - 3 starters got 30+ minutes

    - some minutes together for Vinnie, Cameron (2 PG/combo guards)(in the Summit League I think you can away with that smaller backcourt for stretches of time)

    - Quayle limited to 13 minutes - he is a bench/limited role player

So now, just a few more adjustments

    - Deng closer to 30 minutes

    - Deng and Rocky on floor together at times, fouls permitting

    - Samuelson more like Quayle minutes (13 in last game)
But run some plays for him, befitting his 3 point shooting skill

    - Quayle under 10 minutes

This way Eady can get more than 7 minutes, taking some of Samuelson/Quayle’s minutes

    Seems obvious.

Need a solid start and Bison should get some redemption for the loss at Denver. Last game saw some adjustments by our coaching staff so hopefully that continues. Bison win by 13.

I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 starters with 30 minutes last game. Progress!
Coach Richman should still have more depth than SDSU next week and at tourney time, as the Jacks are currently using 7 players, so the chance to pull an upset only happens if the Bison improve on offense......

I just wish he could get Gue to 25 minutes with 10 minutes of him and Rocky together. This is going to have to happen in the SL tournament and against the better teams in the league. Everything has been trending in a better direction except for Gue's minutes which haven't changed at all.
NDSU to the FBS always. In all ways.

If Cook and Knotek transfer, would love for NDSU to grab a combo guard and another wing/big that could contribute, and NDSU may have a very nice rotation moving forward in terms of both experience and depth.

If Cook and Knotek can't get minutes in the rotation, why would someone new coming in get into the rotation?

Need less TOs from the Juniors. Better on the ball D as well from everyone. Eady had 7 minutes because he was in foul trouble in the first half. Need way better offensive production from Sam in my opinion. Though he is a great rebounder.

Really attacking the rim so far which is nice to see.
