Getting on my flight tomorrow at 5am heading to Philly. Taking my dad to his first ever Bison game.
    From the movie THE PROGRAM

Regent Chairman: This is not a football vocational school. It's an institute for higher learning.
Coach Winters: Yeah, but when was the last time 80,000 people showed up to watch a kid do a damn chemistry experiment? Why don't you stick the bow-tie up your ass?

Yes, but count and compare the number of football players graduating in any given year in those two 100 mile radius circles. I think his answer is good otherwise, but that bit always bugs me when I hear people say it. FCS school density follows population density so I don't necessarily see the point he is trying to make.

His point still doesn't really make sense when talking about NDSU but I disagree that FCS school density follows population density - at least West of the Mississippi and you also have states like Michigan and Wisconsin that have 0.

North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana, states with extremely low population density have 6 FCS schools.

Watched the Delaware Rhode Island game last night. Delaware doesn't appear to be any better than last year. QB is immobile and threw 3 picks, o-line looked bad. Strength of their team was their d-line and their punter. This game will get ugly and our defense should have a huge day.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.
