6-4 after two periods and Eaton gave up another escape inside the final 10 seconds.

Eaton wins 8-4, clinching the dual for NDSU.

Big match at HWT. Stencel is ranked in the top 10 in some polls, but Stibral beat him last year in the dual.

    Metz is starting

Stencel still willing to tie up, working from underhooks while Metz is comfortable in double overhooks.

NDSU looked solid in winning 8 of 10 matches to rout Northern Colorado. Cordell Eaton capped the dual off with a 3-1 overtime win over Jacob Seeley. Jaden Van Maanen bounced back and beat former Iowa State starter and NCAA qualifier Dante Rodriguez. Michael Otomo got a really good win over Dalton Robertson too.
