Agreed. Personally, I think we need to admire the kid (BR). In my mind, he's taking one for the team. For all of you saying he's making up excuses.... I think you are dead wrong. He trusted somebody that apparently he and others shouldn't have. Any of you ever been let down by somebody you thought you could trust? It doesn't feel very good. I hope NDSU learned a lesson from this, and doesn't let it happen again.

if the suspect that's been pointed out was the culprit...why would he be at the purple school? I suspect he would have been told thanks but no thanks as CK can't risk anything like this down there in year 1.

Was it truly a mistake? its fishy no doubt, as to why if it was so rampant and only 1 person getting busted with that many tests over the playoffs per the one sided article sounds even more fishy. I feel NDSU needs to release something on this for the sake of stopping the speculation, keeping support of Donors, maintaining the integrity of the program.

That's the problem. No one person who is supposedly "in the know" will say anything concrete. In my opinion, the conclusions from assumptions are making this a bigger story than it actually is.

Which is why NDSU needs to..as Barney Fife would say NIP IT IN THE BUD
