I was the spoonful guy Chris just responded to my post. And that's how college wrestlers showed me how to do it.

    Lardsin must go!

My bad on the Creatine. Still, if you'd prefer to plant your flag of relevance at the ncaa's doorstep. By all means.

    Must be the off season.

There's only one thing to do.

Get our hands on a container of this sh#t and see what it really does.

Scrooge-"Are there no prisons?". "Plenty of prisons..."
Scrooge-"And the Union workhouses." . "Are they still in operation?". "Both very busy, sir..."
"Those who are badly off must go there."
"Many can't go there; and many would rather die."
Scrooge- "If they would rather die," "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."

    Short(8 floz) Tall(12 floz) Grande(16 floz) Venti(20 floz)
    Pike Place Brewed Coffee 155mg 235mg 310mg 410mg
    Blonde Roast 180mg 270mg 360mg 475mg
    Featured Dark Roast 130mg 195mg 260mg 340mg
    Clover® Brewed Coffees – – – –
    -Reserve roasts 190mg 280mg 380mg 470mg
    -Blonde roasts 155mg 255mg 340mg 425mg
Most of those over 250 mg come in large servings. Look at 5-Hour Energy drink. Per serving, it has 200 mg of caffeine, but its serving size is two ounces. That's 100mg/ounce. The strongest Starbucks drink you list appears to be about 24 mg/ounce. I drink Starbucks or coffee, but how long does one take to consume a drink usually? Compare that to a 5-Hour Energy drink or a pre-work out mix, which is downed fairly quickly.

Oh boy, a quasi-experimental design. I am in.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

You do realize it's their sandbox, and therefore the athletes have to play by their rules. Based on the medical information I provided above, you will understand why the NCAA is tough about high intakes of caffeine. As much as it sucks to see an athlete suspended, watching them die is beyond any measure, worse.

Hence.....the reason that I made it crystal clear that I was hypothesizing.

Actually, it's the universities who wilfully joined the NCAA's sandbox. The NCAA just enforces the rules the schools decided on.

    At least that's my impression
