I agree. I was at the game and it felt from the start that this was played by the Bison with an expected outcome.... just a journeyman to get to the end. The game was never in doubt from the team arrival walk through to the green and yellow blizzard at the trophy award.

EWU team and fans were great pre/post game! JMU folks evaporated at the end of the game last year. EWU folks soaked up the game and post game and all the pre- and post game hoopla. Couple of EWU fan even braved the Fan Feast... or maybe read the promises of free beer and food and took it up. Maybe not the largest oppo fan base to attend, but certainly a welcome one.

Think about it this way. Last year JMU claims they played one of their worst games of the season and they lost. This year NDSU played one of their worst games of the season and won by two scores.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Actually, all would be right with the world (and picky Bison fans) if the losing team would just admit the Bison beat them fair and square instead of assigning an alibi for their loss (refs did us wrong; to many penalties; ran out of time; we didn't play well today; ...etc.). Alibis for losses just diminish their own efforts, not the Bison's.

    That would also be acceptable.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Finally getting around to EWU's post game press conference. That coach needs to mellow out a touch.

Saban just went for it on 4th and 1 from his own 35 yard line down 21-16 in the second quarter.

Klieman would never have the balls to do this.

Correction: he would never had the NEED to do this - his defense could be counted on to stop the oppo more times than not. Bama tonite? Not so much.
