A 4th down stop energizes them too. There was no guarantee of a conversion.

If he'd made it yes I'd breathed better no doubt, I can't prove it but I looked at my wife and said this is weenie call and not bison football. Looked back just in time to see him kick the worse shank since Blair Walsh against Seattle.

Apparently a turnover on downs wouldn't have energized them?

True, but even at that point in the drive, Bison were getting 2-3 yards a pop.

Well, I'm glad Klieman is taking that conservative bull shit to Kansas....as I was to see Bohl go for the same reason.

Right this isn't entirely that. It's a rewards vs consequences thing imo. Consequences with a fg mishap are way worse than running let's say a "safe" play on 4th and short and not making it neck argument can still be we fumble it too. But fg gets you 3, a first down gets you a chance to run out nearly all the clock and score. A 7 point TD will get you the ball game.

Agree in general, just do not think so in this specific instance.

I went in with 5 minutes left and searched it and pulled it up on my phone before game was over. Didn't have much problem finding it...

I don’t disagree with this but I’d take our conservative bullshit then be run and gun and go home a looser like Coaches on the other side of the field.

Our football scheme isn't what's conservative. It's these silly coaching decisions... Bohl's achilles heel was losing and almost losing games by getting up and then playing 'prevent defense'.

He needs to make that kick. It’s that simple

Going for it … it’s great if they make it but CK made the correct call. If he hadn't choked on the kick it’s a nonissue
