Great third period by Taylor Nein. He gives up a clasp but rides Headlee out, and loses 6-1.

    8-3 NDSU.

Austin O'Connor has been incredible for UNC so far this year. If JVM doesn't wrestle a ton better than his first match today, he will get teched or pinned.

Luke Weber making his NDSU debut here. 4 time Montana state champ who won senior nationals (Va Beach) in HS. He's a redshirt Sophomore who transferred from Nebraska and went 3-1 in the first semester wrestling for Nebraska. His lone loss wass a 8-7 decision to Minneosta's top 15 Steve Bleise.

His brother is a high school senior who I've advocated getting here at NDSU. He's a former Freestyle national champion.

Weber trails 4-2 in the third

Much better match from Fogarty. He gave up the first takedown but then scored the final five points to win 5-2. He just wrestled a lot smarter in that one.

Apparently De La Riva got the win. Otomo out there vs Chip Ness. Ness will likely win big
