Van Maanen holds on for a 6-4 win. Used a nice 4 pt NF in the second to get the win.

Knutson back in the lineup vs Danishek. Knutson with a quick takedown

Martin is tough, so this match should be close. Depends on what Fogarty shows up

    Thoughts on the weekend:
Fleetwood looked very good. I love having him start off a dual for us. He brings much needed intensity and physicality, and just wins.
Bianchi was solid in his spot start. He's the starter for the next two year, and while not a world beater, he's a quality starter.
Sykora was alright. Schmitt is just a bad matchup for him with his motor, length, and skills on his feet. Cam looked very good in his other two wins. Harding is solid and Cam destroyed him.
Nein was actually pretty solid. He has a good motor and was pretty solid on top. While Nein is serviceable, hopefully Sutton is back after the break. Sutton has far more offense than Nein.
Knutson had a good win over Moore. He is really consistent and has a good motor.
Excited to see Weber with the team and get a start. I've become a fan of Knutson, but adding another quality body like Weber is a boon. He looked a little rusty but I think he can be an above average starter.
Fogarty had one awful match, one alright match, and one great match. He'll probably drop out of the top 20 in all of the rankings with his bad loss against West Virginia.
De La Riva scrambled his way to two nice wins. His style is nerve wracking at times, but it is really working for him lately.
Otomo continued to see starts here and was fine. He needs to dramatically improve his finishing and mat awareness. This spot looks to be our weakest.
Eaton has had a rough couple weeks, but he's run into a line of borderline top 20 guys. He's still very active and has a good motor, he needs to continue to improve his efficiency and mat wrestling.
Metz had a rough day. The loss to Ngati was by his own doing and to an opponent I would pick any B12 HWT to beat 10 out of 10 times. Against Daniel, he wrestled better, but his mat wrestling didn't give him a chance. He needs to develop one ride, any ride, that will enable him to use his size to rack up riding time.
Stibral faced a small but talented youngster and dominated. Have to wonder if we'll see Stibral get some more mat time.

Overall, the day didn't go great. Losing to West Virginia sucked and shouldn't have happened. It was nice to see the guys re-group and compete with a solid UNC team and dominate Indiana. Although they aren't the cream of the crop, we're 2-0 against B10 teams this year.
