KState screwed a bit by a review, but I understand why they lost. It was definitely a catch in bounds, but none of the camera angles showed the front of the receiver's body. Because of that, the review official couldn't determine if the ball was in control before the right foot stepped out of bounds. So he had to go with the call on the field(which was wrong because the official didn't see the left foot was still down in bounds).
