    He didn't know how to manage the clock at the end of halves last year either so not surprising that he still doesn't know how. At this point it seems unlikely he'll ever learn clock management.

    You could make the same argument on the other side, if Navy does get it you just called a TO and gave them more time. Did the defense need to be calmer? You could be calming their offense too, letting them make the perfect play call. Granted they knew what they were calling in that situation.

    I don't think it was meaningful either way.

    Klieman & Co get their QB recruit for 2021
    Jake Rubley - 6’ 3” 205 - Littleton CO (Highlands Ranch)
    247 has ranked as a 4 star and the top recruit in Colorado.
    Had 17 listed offers, including Colorado, LSU, Michigan, Iowa, Utah, Wisconsin

    Rubley is KState’s 4th commitment for 2021. The other 3 are from Kansas and all are currently ranked as 3 star recruits. One is an OLine, one ATH and one WR.

    South Dakota P5 2021 high school recruit chooses Nebraska.
    Randolph Kpai - LB/ATH - 6’ 3” 185 - Sioux Falls (Washington)
    247 had Kpai ranked as the top prospect in SD, 4 stars.
    Other offers included Kansas State, Minnesota, Iowa, Iowa State, Oregon, SDSU
