NCAA is mostly about eligibility, rules, and championships. Not sure how much they can say about regular season games. It probably depends if there are any by-laws authorizing athletic programs or conferences to operate.

This will be an interesting test for the University system with regards to the open sharing of ideas. Although to be honest, the Universities have been failing for awhile now.
The weather in Fargo keeps the undesirables out.....
