He does a great job of handing the ball off (purple).

I have no idea how talented this kid is or not, but personally I would be thrilled if he is starting Day 1. I would also be thrilled if Try is starting Day 1 or Hotchkiss!

Whoever wins the QB battle is going to be good.

If Noland is under center at Target field that means he's real fricken good. then Trey would get 2 extra years to develop.

If Trey is starting at TC, it means that he is better than an above average quarterback that was winning games at a P5 school last year. Same with Hotchkiss.

i think this can only be a good thing no matter which way you spin it.
    1. The FCS was the Best option for NDSU for a very long time.
    2. As a general rule- the FCS sucks at football and has proven that is not committed to football at all.
    3. It's time to go FBS

Everyone knows recruiting rankings are a joke. Both were 3 stars. Trey is prototypical size. Jaren is 6-1. Jaren didnt get any FBS offers, probably because of his size. Trey had Boise State and Wyoming. Hell be a good player, probably not at QB but I could be wrong

Ross confirmed what was said on the radio this am( I think by Burgendy), we were recruiting both Zeb and Jaren and wanted them both. They are also saying we still might go after another High school kid in the late period...did not say who. Stated this is all about depth and has nothing to do with the talent of the QB on the current roster. All Qb will compete for the top spot.

    Hebrew or Nordic.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Or Zebediah/Zebadiah. More popular in my great-great-great-granddad's time along with names like Ephraim and Hiram.

Zeb (variant spelling Zebb) is both a masculine given name and a surname. As a given name, it may be a short form of Zebulon, Zebadiah or Zebedee, but is now more common as a given name in its own right. In fact, it can also be an alternate spelling of the Hebrew word ze'ev (זְאֵב), meaning "wolf". Notable people with the name include:

Zeb Alley (1928–2013), American lawyer, lobbyist and politician
Zeb Atlas, American gay porn star and bodybuilder born Randy Vick in 1971
Zeb Eaton (1920–1989), American baseball player
Zeb Khan (born 1980), Indian actor
Zeb Little (born 1968), American politician
Zeb Soanes (born 1976), British radio announcer
Zeb Taia (born 1984), New Zealand rugby league player
Zeb Terry (1891–1988), American Major League Baseball player
Zeb Turner (1915–1978), American country music songwriter and guitarist
Zeb V. Walser (1863–1940), American attorney and politician, Attorney General of North Carolina
Zeb Wells, American comic book writer

Also in the Bible is Zebedee, the father of two of the Apostles, James and John.
