Three days in December, then they have to wait until Feb to sign a letter.....can verbal at any time between now and then.

Doesn't "dead" only mean contact from coaches to players? The NCAA has some puzzling rules so it could be something stupid like that but I'm not sure.

I'm also kind of puzzled what the deal was with Jacob Lippe. @NDSUFootball put up a tweet confirming his LOI being in between 7:30 and 8AM and that tweet has since been deleted.

They just put one up for Reed Ryan too. Unless he faxed in and is having a ceremonial signing later today.
