Also this tweet from his high school football team seems to indicate that LB Hunter Brozio has also signed even though there's been no official announcement from NDSU either on twitter or on the signing day article on GoBison.

He would make it a 26 man early signing class... what a job by Coach Entz and staff! They should be able to be very targeted in their January recruiting cycle.

Nothing wrong with taking in a transfer or two, they should be used to build depth and increase competition for starting jobs, which is exactly how we use them here.

They shouldn't be used to build a football team.
