It’s a shame that they didn’t sell more to their fans. It’s more fun
According to an EWU poster on AGS who claims to have talked to someone at the EWU ticket office said only 800 tickets from their allotment were sold to accounts with addresses outside of Washington. I'm not sure I completely buy that but take it for what you will.

So they sold 3,300 tickets to ew fans.
I believe that. But it’s going to look silly on tv

    Their allotment was 4100.
Ew fan says 800 sold to non ew (take that for what it’s worth. Let’s believe him)
And they are still selling them. It’s going to be interesting to see the stands.
If SDSU was going, what would attendance be?

The correct answer is an imaginary number.

I caught a bit of the ewu-maine game when it was live. Maine fell apart and handed teh eagles an easy win, so I decided to start watching the UCD replay instead.

The only players that stand out on eastern's defense so are the linebackers #40(Coper Kupp's bro I think) and #58. They both pursue well sideline to sideline and are in on all tackles unless its a deep ball.

Their d-line doesn't look all that great so far. They don't pass rush very well and if they need a pass rush they like to blitz #40 or #58 to help.

Secondary seems pretty average so far. I will share more thoughts later on whether you like it or not.

Tiuli, their huge interior DL, and Big Fluffy defensive player of the year, didn’t play that game due to suspension. But he is listed as a starter for championship game so the level of DL play will obviously go up.

As an observation the number of targeting fouls called in the bowl games has really gone up this year compared to the regular season and today’s bowl games are no exception. Don’t remember which bowl game it was but one of the play by play announcers suggested it is because of the long layoff between games and tackling drills aren’t done as much. A call or two like that against the Bison trying to contain Barriere could be costly.

I wouldn't be suprised if we saw 2 called during the game.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
