I missed their notes at the bottom so thanks! However, EWU is third place either way - it's like they are averaging "Win PCT" ranking and "Number of Wins" ranking. NDSU and Sam Houston have more wins. NDSU and Harvard have better winning percentages. Note: While they get Harvard's win percentage right, they show them at 70-30 when they are really 70-20.
BTW, if NDSU beats EWU, then EWU will be 90-30 for the decade which is a nice round .750 winning percentage that will drop them below Jacksonville State and Kennesaw State to 5th place.
