^^^ I'm not worried about players being motivated. I'm with the others who think it will be similar to the semfinal where we give up some big plays and points, but still win convincingly.

I highly doubt any of our current players could tell you anything about that game 8 years ago either. they got revenge twice

For me, 2 regular season wins do not equal getting knocked out of the playoffs.

The thing that scares me is that EWU is a good team. And as much as we all remember Bill Fette, that game isn't seared into the minds of players like it is ours. They also aren't SDSU so the guys won't have that extra motivation. I still think NDSU wins but I worry about a slow start. Maybe let Brock have a few minutes with the team before the game.

I think if anyone starts slow it'll be EWU. 9AM local time kickoff for them and their players aren't really familiar with the pregame or feel during the game whereas the Bison players have all (pretty much all) experienced this before.

Kind of reminds me of when G Southern, got their "man-bear-pig", out of jail for the Fargo playoff. As I remember, A Richard, Bison OL, dominated him. Think his name was Russell? He ended up being a big detriment to their (GS) team, in that game. Thread drift, I know.

Great story about those two in the game. MBP dude was complaining and whining all game . AR had found out that MBP had a daughter. Some where in the game AR asks MBP if his daughter was as big of a whinny bitch as he was. MBP says---what did you say??? So AR says it again. LOL Didnt MBP get a few 15 yarders at the end of the game?

I remember the MBP limping off the field a couple of times. Seemed like he finished the game with 5 LBS of tape on each ankle? I think AR really got into his head. But even funnier, AR kicked his butt on the field physically. Us Bison fans heard before the game, how the MBP had whooped up on the Alabama OL earlier that year, no way our entire OL could handle him let alone 1 or 2 Bison OL. Then AR simply devoured him. Real thing of beauty. I see a similar scenario forming with the EW DL player, that is supposedly "all that". It's a team game.

FWIW last year I got my email from the ticket office shortly after 2PM on the day they said they'd be notifying everyone about their request.

Thanks.....on pins and needles as I got tickets last year and my ranking was around 1150 or so and I recall someone else on Bisonville 20 or 30 spots above me did not get tickets. This year I dropped a bit lower on ranking so might not make the cut.
