Just read my mail from the alumni association, apparently no Pepfest this year (say what you want, last year's was well done and fun). This year's gathering is in a food court from 3-7 complete with face painting and balloon animals. Geez, did someone from the child development daycare program take over the event planning? Granted, this place is supposed to be a higher end venue but really...a food court...

I think Frisco is the perfect location. Easy to get to, centrally located, nice stadium, a ton of stuff to do and amazing BBQ.

It’s a pretty awesome venue, I live down the street and go all the time. Benefit is that it has its own brewery so I doubt they run out of beer
