To put strength and conditioning pay into perspective, the highest paid in the country is the guy from Iowa. $725,000. Most of the Big 12 will pay in the 300-400 range and K State already has a great guy who has been there 20 years.

Also what Kramer does is different for a team like us that redshirts and adds tons weight to a kid over 3 years. K State already recruits athletes who are physically big enough and focus on speed and agility.

So putting an extra zero on Kramers salary seems like a major exaggeration because they cant afford to pay him a million. But he could have been offered

So to believe this, you would have to believe that one of the most highly regarded S&C coaches in the Big 12 is out the door, at the behest of the new football coach.
