So being around NFL coaches all day for a few weeks doesn’t help you gain knowledge on how to do things the right way? Got it. Ok I’m not advocating Tyler being the OC but don’t get why guys think he’s inferior to GO.

So that leaves open spots for RBs, O-line, and WRs on offense with run game coordinator and OC likely part of those spots or taken over by Roehl or Hedberg. Defensively the only openings would be DBs and LBs and someone taking over as DC (although I'd expect that will be Goeser).

2 holdovers on the offensive side (Roehl and Hedberg) and 3 holdovers on the defensive side (Goeser, Williams, and Morgan) along with Entz. All in all it could've been a whole lot worse.

Is it really a given that Matt retains everyone who is left?

No. I think he's thinking about Dave Richman as OC. Think weave football. And Walseth as DC.

Why wouldn't he? Nothing is broken. And continuity is a good thing.

    Nobody said he was inferior.

Funny how everyone glossed over the assertion that the MSUM Bison we're somehow inferior.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
