    Close to my take on Newman as well. I know he is not a position coach but at least the position coaches are with the players throughout the process and get to know them. Bring him in to speak to the guys once every few years like the program does with many other individuals. Having him part of the staff,it seems like many of the guys have soured on him. I haven't heard that talk about any of the position coaches. There's more to it than that but that's the best way I can describe it without to many on here getting their undies in a bundle.

    I think Newman stated that he didn’t know if he would stay with the Bison.
    From what I have heard, the players have a fantastic relationship with Coach Kramer. That interview with him after the game wher he talked about why he’s staying was real.

    Without any direct knowledge, I would guess Kramer motivates the players ten times of what Newman does.
