I'm a little skeptical, not sure he's got that asshole factor to him to make it at a P5. He's really good at connecting with players which will help, but with a "step-up" in competition would come a step-up in egos that he'll have to deal with. He hasn't really had to deal with adversity here so that'll be another elementary. It's going to be interesting for sure

I am certain coaches read the board and so do some players. All I am hoping for is we can maintain continuity and retain a few coaches. KSU is not Wyoming so recruits should stay as long as some coaches stay.
