What else are they going to talk about. Their seasons over. They let Colgate score points on them!

    ECU > KSU?

I remember that 1 year that JMU was relevant. Good times.

I'm going to come out and say this.... I think the following coaches are gone

    Matt Entz
    Courtney Messingham
    Conor Riley
    Randy Hedberg

You can try to dismiss this all you want but late on Sunday, ALL of these guys started following Les Miles on Twitter.

    Worst case scenario.

Is this based off of twittering or a bad acid trip?

If this is true do we end up with Polasek as HC, Goeser as DC, and Roehl as OC? Even that is a solid core or coaches in my mind. Hedberg would be the most surprising to me, but the others I could definitely see going with Klieman.

This is strictly my opinion with few facts to base it upon. It appears that CK’s hiring was at least semi-controversial at KSU. The FCS label bothered a lot of boosters. Some KSU folks did not want to be outdone by Kansas’s hiring Les Miles. There is a good possibility that CK got over the hump by agreeing to bring a limited number of assistants with him and keep some core KSU staff in place. Bill Snyder’s fingerprints are all over this deal.

Conor Riley is the run game coordinator so it's a natural fit. Hedberg has experience and could continue to coach the QB's. Roehl just needs more experience. Could he do it? Probably but more of a boom or bust promotion. I think he's smart as hell though

I agree with this. My take is that the UNT coach declined the offer because he couldn't bring his staff so there may be quite a few limitations to how many assistants Klieman can bring. In a way wouldn't it be wise for CK to keep a large bulk of the KSU staff intact to help with recruiting the schools/kids that they already had committed with the early signing period right around the corner? Otherwise he may have to start from scratch in an area that isn't exactly NDSU's footprint and unfamiliar with. I think that wouldn't be a wise start to the job going into the 2019 season.
